My objective is to make sure the organization is running as well as it possibly can, with positive leadership, clear and effective communication and continued follow up to ensure the expectations and needs of customers and vendors. I'm responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.  I work with the District Managers and General Manager ensuring they have the tools they need to support store managers and can perform their duties and meet company expectations.  I also perform additional reporting as required to assist the General Manager & Owner.
